Yacht Battery was established in 1989 and quickly became one of Taiwan's leading battery manufacturers. By constantly introducing innovative, high quality products, offering a diverse product line and providing fast and efficient customer service, Yacht Battery built a solid and reliable reputation within the battery industry.

With the rapid expansion of our international customer base, Yacht soon required a larger, more modern facility. Yacht's Taiwan factory, completed in May 1996 in Chang Hua Hsien, houses our Administration, R&D, QC, Purchasing, Production and Shipping Departments. Our new cutting-edge production equipment increased Yacht's production capacity to 6,000,000 units annually.

As our industry reputation grew along with U.S. and International sales increases, Yacht expanded once again with a second factory in Chang Zhou City, China. Production began in October, 2003, in our 67,500 square meter compound with over 500 workers. The China plant capacity of 10,000,000 units brought Yacht's total annual capacity to 16,000,000 units. And, there is ample room for future growth!
