Quality Control

Quality Control is essential to ensure consistent production of the highest quality batteries. Yacht uses only top brand raw materials such as Pasminco Metals Australia "BHAS" Brand - 99.97% Pure Lead Ingots, as well as the most reliable manufacturing equipment. To ensure every process, Yacht has established a series of QC stations which control everything from incoming raw materials to the final product shipment.

Yacht has an extremely experienced work force with many of our associates having more than 25 years of experience in the battery manufacturing industry. This experience, along with on-going cross functional training, ensures the HIGHEST standards of quality.

Yacht's Research & Development team continues to focus on developing new innovative products and introducing new models for the latest OEM sizes. Keeping our customers current with the latest product assortment and ensuring that quality and reliability meet the highest standards Yacht can achieve is our utmost priority.

Much of our R&D emphasis is designed to ensure that the manufacturing processes and systems continue to operate within control and comply with the specifications established by our engineers.
